• Federal Reservoir net evaporation and storage change (Fed_Net_Evap_dS_2004.xls)
• Draft Harlan County split (HC_Split_2004.xls). Note: as there were no releases for irrigation in 2004, we will need to clarify how the split is to be computed. The computation in this spreadsheet was done based on the average split of the last three years when there were releases. This is per our discussion of last fall.
• Lovewell operations model to develop split between Republican River and White Rock Creek (Lovewell_Ops_2004.xls)
